Information regarding returns, warranty & exchanges

Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will be refunded within 1 working day immediately after we have received the shipment back. In the event of a return, the transport costs are for your own account, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@loopbandspecialist.nl. We will then refund the money within 1 working day after receipt of your return.

Products that are custom-made for you, such as replacement treadmill belts, are not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal. This means that these products cannot be returned or cancelled based on a cooling-off period once production has started. This exception applies to products that have been manufactured according to your specifications and are therefore not suitable for sale to another customer.

LoopbandSpecialist warranty
Excellent manufacturer's warranty terms apply to all our products. Manufacturer's warranty terms are stated separately for each product. At LoopbandSpecialist.nl, you not only benefit from excellent manufacturer's warranty terms - we also ensure that you are actually helped if something breaks or goes wrong. Unlike many other web shops, we do not shift warranty cases onto the manufacturer.

Does something break? Then we take immediate action:

• We arrange contact with the manufacturer or brand for you.

• Warranty? Then we will send a technician to your location. (We also offer technician visits at competitive rates outside of warranty periods.)

If you have any further questions about a product's manufacturer's warranty terms, please feel free to contact us at info@loopbandspecialist.nl.

For additional information about withdrawal terms, cancellation terms, exchange terms & warranty terms, we refer you to our General Terms and Conditions page.
